Workout sessions have just the right level of difficulty and over time I have seen huge improvement in my energy levels, my strength and tone. Some other trainers push you so hard, you can strain yourself or develop an injury. That’s never happened with Ricky - nothing escapes his eagle eye, and he will be quick to correct your stance or positioning to avoid any strain. I cannot recommend Ricky highly enough. "I've trained with Ricky for roughly 10 years and in that time I’ve seen my 50th and 60th birthdays along with a frozen shoulder, twisted ankle, plantar fasciitis and a broken finger. We've trained throughout them all carefully working around the injury or condition. I could not recommend Ricky more highly, he takes great care with every session, is very focussed on how we do each exercise and the muscle groups involved and as a result I'm fitter and stronger than I've been in my whole life."
